About School of Mind Training

Indian Knowledge Systems offer valuable insights into the mind and its functions, particularly the Buddhist view on mind. The basic premise is that, your mind is your lab, and changes can be observed empirically. Gautam Buddha, often encouraged us to examine ourselves with a candour that we would prefer to avoid. Whilst studying the mind, Buddha and other Indian masters emphasised equally on Lifestyle and Nutrition, Correct View/FrameworkAttentional Training (Shamatha), Analytical Meditations (Vipassana), Ethical Conduct and Compassion. Our programs try to integrate a similar holistic approach.

Explore our courses which are specifically designed for ordinary people, students, employees, mental health practitioners, counsellors, psychologists – ‘anyone who is interested in working on themselves as well as with others’.
